Beauty and Serenity

The estate of Shard Villa, located in the Champlain Valley
is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty,
peace and serenity of country life.
In warm months, the porches and
verandas provide grand views
overlooking the expansive grounds,
the Adirondacks to the west and
the Green Mountains to the east.  Our
residents enjoy walking our beautiful lawns
graced by many black locust, pine, apple trees
and flowering lilacs. Summer months bring a source
of pride and bounty for residents from our vegetable and
flower gardens. Some seek a shady spot for reading and introspection,
others may choose to garden or sit and visit in the sun. Our neighbors are
dairy farmers, and cows are a regular part of the panorama along with frequent
wildlife sightings. We love to enjoy the tranquility and quiet of our rural Vermont setting.
